Fender DRLs Not Working

Question-

My fender DRL’s do not light up with the regular halos during daytime driving. YES the option is switched to “on” in the settings menu and I’ve looked while in gear. When regular headlights are on the fenders light up but just no regular DRL function. Is this a high altitude thing? Or is something wrong ?

Have you confirmed this while driving? I believe if you leave the jeep on and throw it in park they turn off and the halos stay on

Yeah can see the reflection in windows or car in front of me
