Voting seems to be in overwhelming support of a new contract but still a lot of facilities to report results.

the production workers at Toledo voted “no” by the narrowest of margins. Skilled trades in Toledo tipped the overall result to “yes” by a very narrow margin.

it’s interesting that some large assembly plants have 81% production worker approval and Toledo was essentially 50-50 yes/no. I’m curious to learn the different perceptions of the workers in Toledo vs Kokomo or Sterling Heights.

Perhaps the Toledo workers feel more/less job security than their colleagues elsewhere?

Also, I’ve seen footage of JLs being assembled: the new plant looks amazing! I wonder if there’s significant difference in working conditions between the old and the new Toledo plants...?
