Hey all, I'm dreaming up a project, but I'm curious if what I want to do is possible (for a DIYer).

I would like to wire a single switch to mimic me pressing and holding multiple AUX buttons (set to momentary) at once. So rather than me reaching down and using multiple fingers to press AUX 1 and 2 at the same time, I'd like to be able to press one switch anywhere else and have that switch do the same.

From what little I know of electronics, this would require that the switch simultaneously trigger both of the relays that activate the flow of power to the AUX lines. So... Batt -> Switch -> Splitter -> Tap into each AUX relay. Correct? Incorrect?

I know the AUX buttons run to a PDC somewhere in the Jeep, and that people encounter it when disconnecting aux batteries and are prone to eff it up if they mess with it. I'm comfortable doing most basic wiring tasks though, so if what I'm asking requires that I disassemble the PDC and reroute things, I don't mind.

Thanks in advance!

If you're talking about factory AUX switches, those are electronically controlled and they are not going to like the kind of hack you're talking about.

Are these two things something that can be put on a single Aux switch, or do you require individual control as well? A single Aux switch can control two relays, as long as you want them both on & off at the same time.

Use SPDT auto relays, one for each device.

Connect pin 30 to positive on the device, and connect the AUX switch wire to pin 87a. The AUX switches will operate the devices normally.

Then, connect B+ to pins 87 on all the relays, each fused for the respective device. Connect appropriately fused B+ in parallel to pins 85 on all the relays. Finally, connect pins 86 on all the relays to the "all-device" switch, and connect the switch to ground. The "all-device" switch will turn on all devices at once.
