Experience with 2024 grille from eBay?

I’ve been looking at replacing my 2021 Willys grille and found this one on eBay. It appears to have a flat finish. I can’t tell if it’s intended and ready to be painted.

Having a Willys I would like to leave the grille black. Has anyone had any experience with this grille? Is it well made? Did you paint it? Share pictures if you have them.

I bought one, they sent me two. The finish is not real glossy. I painted the edge trim and left the rest as shipped.

Here is a picture in different light.

I was swapping the bumper out.

Looks great

Ebay also has gloss black ones (painted surround) but they are a bit more. Reviews seem to be good. They’re accepting $165 best offer at the moment

Here is my ebay grille with some finishing touches. This was the glossy black one but I didn’t like the silver accents, so I ordered a 9 pc trim kit to turn the headlight opening and slots black. I like it.
