If you have any notes on the shop you were working with, feel free to privately dm us so we can look into re-training them on our product experience expectations.I replied because you asked. This is now over a year ago and I long threw away the paperwork for your product. I was hoping it was going to be a worthwhile product with the environment that I live in here in Las Vegas and having an hour commute. It proved to me to not be what I was expecting and with the support that I received at the time when I inquired I cannot recommend the product to anyone that asks me. Maybe the rep that I spoke with was not having a good day or what ever it was, really shouldn't come across a customer like that.
