You’re right about the prices, I paid the equivalent of around $63k for mine (JLUR).

I’ve had it 4 months/3k miles and overall I’m very happy with it.
wow i paid $52k exactly for mine, do you know if your jl using R–1234yf or R-134a ?

Remember export JLs also get their Frankenstein hood, which is a mix between Rubicon and Sport/Sahara hood with an ugly bulge in the middle.

Maybe because you don't have Euro-spec or Asian-export version.

im from kuwait so gcc spec or middle east spec whatever you want to call it, i thought i got screwed with an ugly rear bumper :CWL:i wouldn't have bought the jl looking like that.

You lucked out, Middle-Eastern versions probably is the one to stay closest/truest to original North American specs.. Asian specs is the worst of the bunch, their Rubicon is basically a watered down FrankenSport with lockers..

I’m sorry I don’t recognise those letters/numbers, what do they refer to?
its the refrigerant used for the ac, im pretty sure the US uses R–1234yf, here we have R-134a, not sure if it works differently however i heard recharging R–1234yf is expensive, it should be under the hood.
