I had that issue. Took three trips at the dealer before they fixed it, but that was more because they couldn't replicate it at the time so they didn't actually try. Final time they replaced the clutch pedal sensor and that fixed it. It was also throwing error codes that I was constantly riding the clutch, another symptom of the faulty sensor. It's worked flawlessly since and no more error codes either.
