No, got called in to work overnight so had to unplug. I actually thought it was fully charged, but the green light on the NOCO was still flashing (not solid). I misread the instructions in my haste. Ive got it back on charger now for about 5 hours. Still flashing green so not 100% yet.
I also made an appt on monday for load tests with dealer. Probly get a new set of batteries. I will then look into the ESS bypass hack.

Just an update. Was able to leave charger on overnite finally. Solid green this morning...fully charged. Went for a drive and after about 10 miles, ESS went READY. Works as it should for the time being. Will keep my eye on it and continue to charge as needed. Just wanted to thank those in this thread for the info and confirm that trickle charging does indeed work.

Yeah it works but still doesn't answer WHY. I drove a bunch of long trips this weekend and ESS still barely works. I know today it won't. This is with a new AUX battery too. I can't believe that if it's charging constantly at 14.1+ volts that the little crappy AUX battery isn't getting topped off pretty quickly.

Excellent. I believe changing the batteries is just to repeat history... I had both of mine replaced under warranty, only to have the exact same thing happen within a year. Plugging it once to a few times a week really solved this problem for me. Now it works flawlessly as soon as the engine gets up to temp. When it seems to take a bit longer for the S/S to kick-in, I plug it in overnight and all works perfectly again.

I’m considering putting a motorcycle type maintainer port on the aux battery. Has anyone done that?
