Delivered today after 60+ days in KZS purgatory. Jeep chat told me no ETA yesterday and my dealer never got confirmation that it ever shipped. Hold in there guys & gals.

A call to FCA yesterday resulted in an extremely nice lady who has been there 8 years and was "surprised" my Jeep was still sitting there. She escalated me without asking and today I get an email from my ole buddy Cara.

Please note this is the ELEVENTH time they have extended my ship date and note the month long window I was given.

Sadly, they have pretty much beaten me down to not giving an F now. As someone posted in another thread I have the "At this point they can just keep their F'in Jeep" feeling.

I really do feel your pain. My Jeep left long term parking on Friday after being there for 2 1/2 months and is currently MIA. JC says it left the lot and thinks it must be on the way to a rail yard somewhere. Jeep Customer Service says basically the same thing. When I asked “How does it take several days to get to the rail yard that’s a mile away?” I was told “I guess it looks like we don’t know what we’re doing”. My dealer thinks it’s on a truck yet on Monday he received all the other Wranglers that left at the same time as mine . Have to admit I lost it with the dealer yesterday. The Post Office of all places keeps better track of their packages than Jeep does.

Bottom line - Currently still MIA.

Starting to look at other brands of vehicles at this point. Jeep for me at least has made what should be a fun experience a miserable one.

Update!! I have same dealer (Travis at Tri-CIty CDJR) as NChap89 and I actually got to see his Jeep yesterday while picking mine up and sent him a few pictures as I walked around it!

Ordered 10/28/21, Rubicon 4xe, SOT, etc.
Build Sheet found 1/26 and then went to MOPAR shop for those parts...
Sticker found 2/18 (Finally out of MOPAR shop)
Railway Toledo Raceway Yard status 2/21
Shipping status changed to "Truck Carrier" 3/18
Delivered 3/30 (Drove it home 3/30)

Just a further note, yesterday morning, 3/30 Jeep Chat.. in shipping status no ETA.. an hour later I got email from dealership that it had arrived!! So take that what you will it was literally AT the dealership with "no ETA" by Jeep Chat.

As I mentioned earlier in this thread, I suspect a lot of them will be on the dealer lots today just because they want the official sale on the books by 3/31 (Corporate level for Jeep)

So my fingers are crossed that a bunch of you will be posting success this week(end)!

First decals are on it last night after driving home with Sky top open and the bass rockin!

Got my 11th revised drop date today.
Interesting, went from 04/04-04/25 to this...

Not getting excited tho, it will change again tomorrow I'm sure.

Based on my experience, I would expect it to arrive on 4/4. Towards the end of my fiasco, I received the one and only ETA and it was a 4 day window. It arrived on the 4th day.

For me last time I think it arrived the day before the first date. Its prob already there.

You might be in good shape - word on the street is that Gupton got a truck in this afternoon and the notifications have not all gone out yet. I'm hoping they found a little bit of room on that truck for one last 2-Door...

I'm guessing there's a lag between arrival and notification cuz they know the instant they tell someone their Jeep is there, they'll want it the next day.

But my pick up will barely be a blip on their radar I'm guessing less than 20 minutes I'm in-and-out since I just did it 5 months ago, I know the drill.

My Jeep account is already setup, I pay cash and I want no extras, so basically grabbing Renee, walking out to be sure it's not mashed up or on fire, spending 5 minutes with Walter signing papers and a check and 30 minutes visiting with Daniel.

Done and done. ?

I got these same dates today for mine that is headed to Gupton as well. Mine was built on 2/28

Congrats! That said, on this forum we don't just measure Jeep deliveries in time, we also measure delivery time in posts to the JL Forum. So... what's that metric?
