I had issues with the Curt Echo Bluetooth controller also. Worked great sometimes, other times not. I believe the experience varies due to variations in cell phones, operating system, and updates. I installed the RedArc Elite and haven’t looked back. So much better. Good luck with your system. That trailer should be easy for your Jeep to tow.

Mine was taped to the metal framing. I

If you are in the driver seat it should be taped to the side wall about 8-10 inches above your left foot. It is right behind the speaker panel. This was taken holding my phone by where the clutch pedal would be facing up.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the picture you took it was very helpful. I took off my door and crawled in there and it is definitely not there! From what I know this should be there even if you didn't get the tow package, is that correct? Although tow package should be standard with 24 Rubicon X ( I have the hitch and plugs on rear bumper)!
Here are a couple of pictures. I don't know if it stuck in front of speaker, there seems to be a bundle coming off that goes to front but it is now way I can see or pull it. Debating if I should take speaker off to see or just take to dealer at this point.

I went through this on my 23 this weekend. That 4 pin connector under the dash isn’t fully populated. The fuse block does not have the pins populated for the fuse.

The brake signal wire is wrapped up loomed in the passenger side footwell.
I believe this is the issue I am having now. The Blue Service Trailer wire is zip tied at the battery. I am interested in how you resolved?

I resolved by purchasing the stand alone harness, part number 82216416AB

I installed the Mopar break controller, took me about 3 hours. Most difficult part for me was getting in the footwell on the driver side and physically installing the controller box, the plugs and re-zip all the wiring. If you are tiny, it should be easy, if you are 6’4 and 250 pounds like me it left me with a bad back for 2 days ??

Can you post up the install instructions please? I'd like to see where those connectors are.

I don’t think there are any formal instructions.

There is a 4 flat connector in that kit which goes into the trailer brake controller. 1 wire goes to battery positive, one to negative, one to the brake light circuit (taped in the passenger side footwell), and one connected to the blue wire on the 7 pin trailer connector.

Thanks. If I'm looking at this right, that harness is part of the Mopar brake controller kit which has instructions on where it goes.

This harness is separate from the brake controller kit, and is required if you do not have the 4 pin connector under the dash wired up (my 2023 had the connector, but the wires didn't go anywhere)
