Have 2018 JLUR. Have had radio issue after radio issue. I'm just curious if anyone else has had what I call the Emergency Broadcast System signal happen to them. It happened to me again last week (it's happened several times). Called the dealership and told them want to start a STAR case. Never heard back from them, so I called eight days later. Told me they can't reproduce the problem. After an extensive conversation about how sorry their service department was I got them to give me the number to try to start my own case. So called the number, got case started, was told it would be a couple business days until I heard anything back. To my surprise they called a couple hours after, only to tell me that the dealership says they can't reproduce the problem and I should bring it in the next time it does it. I have supplied video after video of all the problems with the radio. This is the third one in a year and a half. I guess I'm just supposed to call in sick for work the next time it happens and drive straight there. Or maybe I could just leave it running and have it towed to the dealership next time so I don't miss work. I freakin' give up. Ugh!!
