So for some background, I work for a company that runs three dealerships in town. One of them the CDJR dealership. I get employee pricing. So on my 2020, my ebrake needs adjustment. The handle nearly maxes out. I took it to the Jeep dealership and was told by the technician they’d have to take apart the rear brakes to do it. Is that right? I was assuming that it was tightened up under the center console or via the plugs behind the shields? Thanks!

You can 100% adjust it from under the console. Done it twice on mine.

I thought so. Idk if the tech was just being a lazy ass or what-not. Thank you.
