Anyone ever come across an issue after replacing the front brake and rotors (power stop z36) and have grinding only when braking really hard and only on the very corner of the rotor? arrow in the picture shows where. This is only happening on the right side.

Normally the pad misses that very edge of the rotor. There are multiple rotor sizes, are you sure it's the right set?

According to powerstop it is. I matched up the oem and the new when i changed them out and they looked the same. Ill see more tomorrow when i rip it all apart but its not like its hitting the pad, its more like its hitting the caliper as its turning a squared edge to a 45 bevel. Ever so slightly but still its there. I still have all the stock stuff so i can go back to it if needed
