Just ask @cosine he knows!
Since they don't come w/ instructions thought I'd just post up a how-to, although it's pretty straightforward.

Tools needed~center punch, 4mm Allen wrench, 1/8" drill bit, 23/64 drill bit, riv-nut press tool, painters tape, sharpie, 100% silicone caulk.

Skin plates fit perfect and are thick enough to add a bit of support but not too much. The listing on the DV8 site (and the amazon link I posted) states a 3/16" plate, that's not true! The true thickness is about 1/8" thick, maybe even a bit less, didn't take my calipers to it but it's certainly no more than 1/8" plate. This is the best price by about $25 and they ship out next day, this is direct from the DV8 store, other sites have up to a 6 week back-order.

Couple things to note, the included hardware is M6 rivnuts and M6 fasteners, this is fine if you have a M6 rivnut chuck in your press tool. The Harbor Freight press that I have only has SAE chucks. Luckily I had a friend w/ a metric press so it's all good! Also no washers come w/ the hardware set, ended up getting Stainless washers @ Home Depot as I wanted to use them for the install.

Used Painters tape to protect the edge of the skin from dinging the Jeep paint while marking the mount holes.

Mark one of the front corner holes after confirming the plate is lined up. After marking that hole you will use center punch, then follow w/ a 1/8" pilot hole, then finally a 23/64 hole for the rivnut, press the rivnut. For extra rust protection you can apply some 100% silicone to the rivnut prior to pressing it in.

Once you get the rivnut set, you then bolt up the skin, then you can place the skin over the rocker area and mark a hole on the rear upper corner outer. Do another round of drilling, set the rivnut and mount the skin w/ both front & rear edges secured. You can now mark all the remaining holes, then center punch, pilot drill, and final drill each hole.

Once you get all the rivnuts set you then run a clear 100% silicone caulking bead around each rivnut to prevent rust. The front body section (under the Jeep logo) is aluminum, the rest of the rocker is steel but I just applied silicon to all the rivnuts.

bolt it up and run!

That's a lotta holes!
Especially since they're the hard-to-press steel rivnuts (vs. aluminum ones). Only took 2 hrs though :)
