To those who have installed the DV+ in their 2.0T...

I have 2 question...

1. I ordered the T9366 which I found on this forum was the right number. I have found on some other forums that the 9356 is the right one. Do Have the right one?

2. I am having a hard time figuring out how to remove the piston from the stock diverter valve. It is not the same as the ones that exist in the instructions and on YouTube videos (of other makes). Can't find a video from the wrangler version...

Any help is greatly appreciated

Take some pliers, pinch the inside wall and pull. That's what I did. You'll break it but trying to swap parts without destroying the stock DV is highly improbable.

Go Fast Bits Website...the valve you have says compatible with the 2.0l Alfa (hurricane motor)

You have to break this version of the Diverter valve to get it down to just the actuator

Alrighty. I’ll give the break it to bits method a try tomorrow. I guess the worse case scenario is I have to go buy a new one...

Both valves fit, but do come with other screws. You have the right one if you still have the original tube it attaches to.

Yeap. No new tube yet. It’s on the list but haven’t done it yet. Project list is growing faster than my time is allowing. Bumper, winch and light show up this weekend. And I have a thousand square feet of laminate to put down (not in the Jeep) :)

That seems to work. I didn’t get a great test drive as a storm was coming over but I did get a quick drive around the block. Seems peppier.

i did notice a low sound on deceleration but I think I read something about that being normal. A little disconcerting but I’ll get used to it up I suppose..

If you installed it directly onto the pipe you shouldn't have any leaks granting all 3 bolts were tight. If you are getting the Mishi IC pipe you'll need longer bolts.

I don’t think it’s leaking but I guess I could be wrong. All the bolts are tight.

Do you guys not have that sound. I think it’s mentioned in the instructions...

I installed mine with the Mishi pipe so not really sure since the pipe mode alone produces better acoustics that probably masks over the DV.
