I don’t think there is any difference in the size of the two winches. Note that the Clearance issues I had were more to do with the grill than the fogs. Make sure you use the spacers that comes with the bumper. It’s not in the instructions...
i have this bumper and I replaced the steel bumper. My fogs did NOT fit.
I have a gen 3 9.5 and I was able to get the fogs in. Highly suggest doing it before putting the main part of the bumper on though and definitely before the skid. Ask me how I know.

hmm. Does aired down matter? If you air down the top of the tire still has most of the air while the bottom might flex more... I guesss it would matter because aired up, there is some ballooning that goes on which may make it bigger than when aired down... although with belts, that is probably...
