Back seats come folded down and HUGE box that fills up the whole rear. I was able to take the freedom panels off the hard top and slide them on top of the box, and have a passenger with me, but that was about it. No suitcase, maybe some small back packs could be squeezed in some gaps.

How far forward would the driver's seat be? Im about 6'2 and have my JK seat nearly all the way back. I just found a video and it looks like theres plenty of room for an overnight bag up on top of that box. May be slightly concerned with the seat position for a multi hour (day?) drive

When I picked mine up in May the seats were all the way back. 6' tall and not an issue for me.
I have these pictures from delivery and then installing the top. For size reference the footing wall is 52" high, if you think about it, it's the width of the Jeep. I just don't remember what the windows came in. I'm guessing another box on top.

I am 6'1" and I didn't have a problem with leg room, but more that my seat back felt like it was at a 90-degree angle. It took us about 2 hours to drive home from the dealer so it wasn't so bad. Course I was excited as hell after waiting for it to be delivered I could have sat on a tack and not noticed!
Just be aware that you will only have the driver and passenger seat, there is NO room for anything else.
One correction - I have a 4xe, so the battery is under the rear seat. If you don't have a 4xe, there might be room to put a small overnight bag there somewhere.

Just open the box remove the soft top, remember to get everything out of the box, ditch the box.
