Driver door rattle noise

There's a rattle inside the driver door of taking off the door panel and and I pulled out the two round white plugs that access the window screws there was a black felt looking thing with a hard plastic back that's rattling around on the inside of the door I can't forget what it is could someone please help all attach a couple of pictures

Did you fix the rattle? Have a terrible one in my driver door of new to me JLU
