First up, is it necessary to replace or upgrade the draglink after installing 2.5" lift and 35"tires?
Second, rear trackbar relocation bracket or adjustable trackbar or both?

I'm a firm believer that, if one wants longevity in their steering and suspension systems and/or improved ride and handling characteristics, all peripheral/supporting components should be upgraded when lifting.

Larger tires and higher lift height increases the roads leverage over the vehicle. The factory linkages are hollow, thin-walled, and the end links are swegged on rather than welded. That combo is the recipe for a weaker connection between the body and the ground. Upgrading to heavier duty linkages results in a more solid and planted feel. That holds true for both on and off road.

Having said that, I still wouldn't quite call it a necessity. Just something worth thinking about, especially if your planning on the long haul and want to maximize ride and handling.

As far as the rear track bar is concerned, an adjustable one provides recentering of the axle and far less chances of unwanted flexing from maneuvers on and off road. A relocating bracket allows the reuse of the oem bar, helps to move the axle closer to center, and lifts the roll center closer to factory ride height for less tail wag.

I prefer both, which gets you all the benefits. Adjustability to fine tune the axle centering, a way more solid linkage, and a lifted roll center.
