I was doing some suspension work and noticed my front Rancho drivers side sway bar link doesn’t look like the others. I don’t remember what it looked like new.
Could someone with the Rancho 2” check what it should look like. Need to know if it needs to be replaced. Looks to me like the bushing has failed. Thanks

The links bushing has come out of the link.

Since it moved INBD, when you compressed the suspension, it bent the link.

You will need a new link completely. If this is a Rancho link, they should be replacing this for free.

Even with the electronic disconnect, the standard sway link bushings aren't capable of too much misalignment when really being flexed. I use the Rock Krawler No Limits front sway links just for that reason.

I agree with chevymitchell above. Rancho should make you whole again.

Looking at this picture again... Make sure the link is installed on the correct side of the sway bar. It looks like the top portion of the link was installed on the INBD side. It needs to be installed on the OTBD side.

Thanks guys! It’s on the correct way. Looks like I am in the market for some new links.
