Does the tracking system hack affect VON issuing?

I ordered a JLURD through a broker last Tuesday (4/19) and still haven’t received a VON. Is this due to the tracking system hack? When asked, he says he hasn’t received anything yet. This broker comes highly recommended by a few folks I trust, so I’m trying to give the benefit of doubt…

I got the VON when I ordered mine on the 25th.

As far as I know, the VON is automatically generated the moment the dealer clicks SEND on your order. Unless they're sending your order via pigeon, sounds like they haven't ordered it (or don't know what a VON is?)

I wouldn't be surprised if "the guy who normally does orders is on vacation".

My dealer sent my von minutes after I left him my deposit. Messaged JC about 24 hrs later and they had my vin.
