Is it frayed or just rubbed? It’s easy to get a belt slightly mis-aligned, and once started will sort of re-align itself. Unless it’s truly frayed/cut/damaged, run with it. Although replacing it wouldn’t hurt.

Where were you before I went to bed? lol. Just kidding.
Old ones already back in and no frays after a trip down the highway to work. Looks like she's not getting that new belt for a while after all.
