Page 294 in mine talks about changing tires, but traction control and ESC are discussed elsewhere. I assume that’s what you were directing me to.

Pressing and holding does nothing in 2wd on mine. It will go “full off” in 4wd.

Hello.

I took my son and puppy out tonight for some cruising.

While exploring the woods we ran across a clearing with foot-tall grass. I tried to turn some donuts but couldn’t get it to spin to all the way around.

On the way home we tried again on some gravel roads. I was able to flick it around there, but the Jeep still tried to fight me.

After turning a donut I stayed on the throttle to fish tail into the straight away. Traction control was turned off, but the Jeep still seemed to cut throttle as I spinned away.

Is there a way I can easily and temporarily, turn off all traction/stability technology on occasions like tonight? I just occasionally want full control of the throttle and vehicle direction. It would be nice if the traction control button turned everything off, and everything back on while in 2wd.

I know how you feel, man. My vette won't do donuts either
