Do you have a plan for how you are going to attempt this? Assuming your goal is to use while camping? Seems like it would be easier to just bring a small tv

I'm pretty sure the only way to get this to work on an OEM UConnect head unit would be through an Android Auto 'hack' using an App that would stream video. I've seen it done using a sideloaded app that 'replaces' Android Auto with a custom UI which pretty much let anything run in the unit.

There aren't any ports on the head unit to accept video, so a direct connection wouldn't be possible I think. The USB data ports are limited specifically to prohibit high bitstream transmission as well which would make using them for video difficult.
