Prosport Digital HUD display

I'm not sure if this will fall into a 4xe specific question, but I was wondering if anyone has been able to install the Prosport HUD display below. I've tried it on my 2024 4xe but can't seem to get it to work properly. It works but doesn't power up on start. I've been in touch with the manufacturer and we've tried a bunch of stuff but no luck. Not sure if it's because it's a 4xe or JL in general issue. Any information would be helpful. Thanks!
