Is anyone running wheels with different offsets, maybe like 0mm, or something like that, but using tires smaller than 35"? Does a little tire poke past the fender look weird if the tires aren't super wide?

285/70/17 , 17x8 +30 Offset - Tread entirely inside fender line, and only sidewall bulge pokes out if you see from the top. Perfectly legal in any state/province in US and Canada.

On sport/sahara axles, a 17x8(+30) wheel or 17x8.5(+25) wheel provides the exact additional offset each side to cover for the axle width defecit compared to Rubicons. So any sport/sahara with the above 2 wheel combos can effectively use rubicon stock as reference when calculating for LCA and Swaybar rubbing when upgrading tires.
