I've been having some issues with my Trailhead deflators where 1 of them just would not turn off and the others were not consistently shutting off at 12psi.
I took them apart and found one of them had a rock chip stuck inside. I washed them all out with soap and water and once they are dry will put back together and calibrate them again.
I figured I'd post pics for anyone like me who had no idea how they came apart. Well, here ya go:
