Anyone else having delayed ETAs on dash cluster arriving?
Mine was scheduled for 1/25, then 2/6, now pushed back again for “a few days”, although dealer is saying the part has shipped

Mine was supposed to arrive on 2/4. Now they don’t know when it will be here.

Mine at the dealer and the FCA rep just told me today that it's shipped and should be there by Tuesday next week. I caviat that with they told me last week it would be here yesterday and fixed soooooo yeah. I hope it's actually done by next week I'm tired of paying for a 40k vehicle that I owned for almost 2 weeks and now have a loaner that's only 25k like major down grade .

Yeah, I dropped it off 1/17, and out of caution I opened a case with FCA that day just as a means of documenting everything with them, not because I was dissatisfied with the dealer.

My dealer and FCA have been great so far. But FCA is echoing what dealer says; they will try to expedite the part, please sit tight...
Just frustrated having the Jeep on their lot while I’m driving a downgraded, automatic transmission JK. Really miss the manual trans on the JL :crying:

UPDATE: Jeep is ready as of today. Part arrived 2/7, all work is complete.
I’ll drive it a few weeks and follow up if the issue is resolved or not.

For all those going through it, be patient and stay positive :like: it’s all going to work out, just sucks having the long wait times

Does anyone have an update? My new Dash came in today. I'm bringing it in next week to be replaced.

My part came in today. Dealer told me they are going to try and have it ready today. I’ll post more once I get it back. Thank you @JeepCares. Great communication!

My new dash cluster came in today and has been installed. So far everything is working fine.
Awesome!!! Did you have to reprogram anything?
