Just left my dealer with this same issue. Told me it's possible software. Want to try to upgrade that first then try the other items mentioned also. Said the Jeep rep was in today and this topic was mention. I'm going back in a week or 2 to schedule appt.(67 miles in 37 days of owning it LOL) my JL is not my daily driver so I'm not in a rush. My dealer is a aware of the issue and will get it in to help. I'll keep my info updated on this thread! I mentioned there that I use this forum and get a lot of useful and beneficial info from it. Schooled my sales rep from things I've read off this forum! Lol @JeepCares
Hi JLsport19,
We're very sorry that this is occurring with your brand new Jeep! Please send us a message once you have that appointment scheduled and we will gladly provide you with additional assistance.

I understand that and good theory. But since you check fuses and didn't do anything crazy. Was the issue resolved or still ongoing.
We won't know until we get colder weather again. We should be back to below 0 this weekend and I'll post an update.

This morning the dash on my 2019 Sahara started acting up. It was -2 degrees. It seemed to keep trying to boot up. tach and speedometer kept shutting down. After about 10 min it returned to normal. No video but seems to be the same problem others are having in the cold.
I'm going to stop by the dealer later today

edit. On my way to the dealer, my radio started to have a mind of its own. Kept going through all the features and apps. Made 2 random phone calls so I turned it off. When I got to the dealership it returned to normal. Its -2 out now. The service guy says they have been getting lots of calls today for this problem with different vehicles.
I made an appointment for tomorrow. 1101 miles
@JeepCares

edit. Into the dealership this morning. Checked for any necessary updates and checked for codes. Nothing.
-18 this morning and jeep had no issues.. Can just wait to see if it happens again.

Hey this goes out to everyone who got it fixed by the dealer with the full cluster replacement. Can you answer if the issue was properly fixed or if it continues to act up still??

Dropped my Jeep of at the dealer this morning. The gauges did not work all the way to the dealer almost 20 miles. The moment the guy came to my car to take the Jeep in, I oped the door and the gauges started working. Thankfully I had a video and they took it in. My guess is they will have to wait until the morning to see it happen when it’s cold again. I will update once they diagnose and have a solution. Thank you @JeepCares for reaching out.

I called my dealer today and found out they had ordered an inserment cluster. They said it is on back order, my jeep can not move until is comes in and it could be as long as April. The worst part is from now until April is a longer wait than when I special ordered it. Oh and paying for a $55,000 car that you can't drive. I have asked @JeepCares for help. I understand that it is a new model and there will be bugs i just hope it does not take until April to fix.

I would lemon law it and walk away.

If you want you can buy another later but in the mean time you are paying and suffering depreciation on a vehicle you can't drive and may well be a model year old before they can even give it back to you.

Im not to that point yet and from what I understand it has to be in the shop for over 30 days in one year, at least for Virginia. I did look into it though. Im actually not even sure that the cluster is the problem. Maybe it is? Seems that everyone with this issue the dealer has gotten a new cluster or gotten on order. If it were something else I'm sure there would be reports of other "fixes" to the issue. The dealer did give me a loner Wrangler JK, but the JK 2 door sport soft top is not my fully loaded rubicon in the cold winter. Yes I want my heated seats and steering wheel. I know I know it's a Jeep. Anyway just tying to stay positive.

VA Lemon law states that if the problem is not resolved from the point it was brought in everyday it goes unfixed because of waiting for parts or waiting for them to install counts towards the 30 days of repair. Now I never saw that it had to be in the same year. I know it has to be before your 18mo and certain milage (I don't recall the milage). But if it's all before that you can do the lemon law and call it a day like the other person said before. Now as others have brought that same point to me I rebut that with there is no guarantee that a new vehicle won't have the same issue if it's being produced with the falty dash and not the (improved) one they are replacing ours with, I hope haha. Just food for thought tho.

Why May? Are parts that far backordered?
Yup. Don’t understand it. It took them 3 months to factory build my Jeep. One would think obtaining a part wouldn’t take as long
