Hi JLsport19,Just left my dealer with this same issue. Told me it's possible software. Want to try to upgrade that first then try the other items mentioned also. Said the Jeep rep was in today and this topic was mention. I'm going back in a week or 2 to schedule appt.(67 miles in 37 days of owning it LOL) my JL is not my daily driver so I'm not in a rush. My dealer is a aware of the issue and will get it in to help. I'll keep my info updated on this thread! I mentioned there that I use this forum and get a lot of useful and beneficial info from it. Schooled my sales rep from things I've read off this forum! Lol @JeepCares
