Figured it out. The sizes are M6x1 and M8x1.25.

I’m trying to figure out what the specs are for these two screws. I thought they were M6-1.0 and M8-1.5, but I bought screws in those sizes at Lowe’s to test and they don’t fit. I want to order some security screws for my pillar mounts.

Any help is appreciated.

Added the part numbers to the original post.

Called two difference jeep dealerships and nobody knows any specs on these screws.

No kidding. I also love that my “made is USA” car uses metric parts.

If I remember correctly your listed sizes are what I used.
I ended up just replacing the smaller one with security bolts as I couldn't find anything to match the odd shoulder set up on the longer one.

yeah, that is discerning that a vehicle mass produced in Toledo uses metric parts BUT remember that those iconic 7 slots does mean that this vehicle is 1 of 2 that has seen every continent. While Jeep started its journey in 1941, World War II military Jeep -- the forerunner of today's Wrangler -- spawned the Land Rover in 1948 and, in the early 1950s, Toyota's BJ and FJ, which morphed into the Land Cruiser. In other words, regardless of being “our” domestically made vehicle, parts, even the smallest of screws, have to be widely available in Asia, UK, Africa, South America, etc. another “fun fact”: as of 2024 model year, since 1986 when the “Wrangler” name started, it’s sold it 5 millionth Jeep since then.
