Wow very helpful. ThanksGoing through that process now. Jeep Cares is who you need to contact regarding getting a rental covered. You will have to pay up front for the rental and once you are done with the rental your turn the receipt into Jeep Cares for “their review” and they will determine how much of the rental cost they will cover.
Huge caveat- I was told they will only cover the cost if the rental is a Stellantis/FCA brand vehicle.
also- you have to call Jeep Cares before or on the first day you get your rental. I made the mistake of calling them 6 days into having the rental and they are telling me they can’t reimburse me for those days and can only consider reimbursement starting the day I contacted them to start my reimbursement claim.
