Crawled underneath before my scheduled inspection tomorrow and I am pretty sure I found the culprit to my highway vibrations. A torn drag link/pitman arm boot.

Man, I hope that's it. Or something simple at least. Pitman arm is pretty high - do you think you snagged it or does it seem prematurely worn?

None of the components appear damaged or worn, and I've inspected all of the bolts to see if the paint lines match up. So far, only things of note were:

Pitman Arm boot is ripped
Tie Rod Jam Nut was hand-loose
Bashed Rear LCA skid plate

So it could just be everything needs to be re-torqued, replace the boot or maybe the whole ball joint at the Pitman arm, check the tires for balance issues, and maybe an alignment. If those don't fix it, I got my measurements for a replacement rear driveshaft on the back burner.

I'm thinking the loose tie rod will do it. Yes, make sure everything is torqued down - while you're at it check the track bar. Hopefully you're good to go for Corral Canyon.

Jeep is back from the shop with no more vibration.

Tires rebalanced, i lost a hilarious amount of wheel weights on 3 of the wheels.
alignment done, minor toe adjustment
everything re-torqued

I ordered a replacement drag link end boot, gonna install that and should be ready for the trails next weekend 🤘

I’m on a sport so only rear LSD
You'll be scraping quite a bit and will have to winch over many obstacles. I did it in my TJ a couple of decades ago (Rubicon so f/r lockers) and my memory of it is very dim but all the current reviews are saying that lockers are hugely helpful.

I'm going to be out this weekend. Need to get a replacement spare tire still and haven't really been home for 2 weeks.
