So I’ve put the hood and side hood decal/lettering on before doing some other things, including having rims powder coated. Has anyone done stuff twice? I feel like ripping off the hood decal (custom) and lettering (custom) and doing something different with the right hues.

Sometimes you don’t know what you really want until you’ve tried and what you got wasn’t exactly what you had hoped. They’re only decals, so go for it.

Don’t order new ones until you take the old ones off. You may find you like it better.

Don't wait to remove them. My jeep was 3 years old when I removed badging (the JEEP) and the Sport sticker on the quarter panel. Due to sun and dirt you can totally see the outline of where the letters used to be.
