The 2024 JLU Rubicon X comes with "Compatible" beadlock wheels, what exactly does that mean? Are they capable of being remounted at a true beadlock or is that just a catchy marketing term?

Exactly what @Terrymo said. Just be sure to research the negatives of beadlocks before going that route.
