I'm 6'2" and recently swapped them into the lower position. I don't find them to be in the way on the top or bottom of the handle. I do like the field of view I get from the bottom much more.

When I bought the mirrors, I swapped and put them at the lower location. I was bothered by the fact that the mirrors are convex from the factory, so if you are using them for something like backing up, your perspective is messed up, not accurate.

So I had that set worked at a local glass shop to change the mirrors to be flat. This worked great for accuracy like backing up and other things, but the mirrors have very little view of what is around you.

So after thinking about how to cure this issue for me, I simply decided to buy another set of the CMM mirrors and mount them at the top, and they fill in that wide spread needed view.

Attached are some pictures of the dual setup.

I did up high first but didn’t really like how they blocked my view. Needed up switching them to the bottom and much prefer it.

I started with
Anyone have full Jeep pics of your mirrors mounted in either location? Put mine up high but they seem kinda goofy up there.
I started with them up high, but I then moved them low and love it. Way better.
