Clunk after parking

So this has gotten progressively worse..... mine is a 19sport w 6speed. Park in my driveway, ebrake, shut jeep down let off clutch and brake and the jeep rolls a tiny bit and when it stops i hear a clunk. (my driveway has a slight incline, if im parked level it doesnt do it. )ive driven a stick all my life and have not had a vehicle do this before, and im wondering if anyone else is having this happen.

Brake pads shifting maybe? Or is it louder than that?

My 2019 JLUR does this when parked. sits for a few on an incline, it makes a loud clunk. Doesn't move, just makes the noise. No idea how/ what is going on. Need to get under the Jeep and look at it.

My 2020 JL automatic did this a couple times when I started it up. Loud clunk right after I started it up.
