2022 JLu with 2.5" teraflex lift. Running 35s. Lift installed at 1500 miles, currently have 7500 miles.
I'm hearing a click /clunk noise in the front. Only hear ot when I turn wheel on a bump, hit break at slow speed , or bump into the driveway. Only notice during slow speed. I'm not mechanical at all. But I was thinking ball joints , but at 7k miles? I get zero wobble , no vibration. Ideas?

Check torque on your lower control arms. It’s a very common problem with JL/JT’s. Do a forum search, and you’ll find lots of posts, including ones with the torque specs (it’s more than you think).

Also look at your swaybar links. The nuts that hold on the links like to go on vacation and not come back.

So because it doesn't wobble, the ball joints can be ruled out?

There is a TSB out on the ball joints not being properly torqued on JL’s, but most of the clunking issues I’ve had came from the LCA’s. My ball joints were fine.

I stand correct , it wobbles/vibrates between 45 and 50 mph, only for a short time

Death wobble is usually a sign of caster being off. Take it to a reputable alignment shop.

Could be multiple things that need adjusting. It’s a Jeep thing. Both should be fairly easy to correct, though.

The lift might need to be checked too, make sure everything is ok and nothing has worked its way loose. I assumed you took it to a shop for the lift to be installed. I suggest you drop by and have them inspect it. If it is a matter of something being loose or something minor they probably will just take care of it for you.

most small reputable shops treat
Thier customers pretty good like that.

don’t go to the dealership, they will just tell you it’s an aftermarket lift and it’s not their problem.

With the wheels on the groun and key on engine off have someone in the drivers seat turn steering wheel side to side while you look underneath at each part of the steering, track bar, end links you may have to put your hand on each component to feel for any irregular movement.
