I just got these wheels, below is the before and after.
All I did was power wash with plain water using the car wash wand, then I put 2 coats of 303, I spray the 303, then even it out with a tire brush.
I bucket wash at a friend's underground garage wash bay, but that power washer there would not remove anything from the tires, so I power wash the wheels are a commercial car wash for $2, that gives me 2 minutes, I spend 1 minute on the wheels and 1 minute on the body, then I go by him and finish up with a bucket wash of the body, gerbil the rims, dry and wax, then 303 the wheels, I wax to last me through the winter, during the winter I may bucket wash once a month, but I'll power wash alone every 2 weeks, no wiping.
On the wheels I keep the wand about 6 inches away from the tires.
