Change front bumper cover

Few issues with my front bumper cover. Have a spare. Any idea how to replace it? Was hoping I wouldn’t have to take the full thing off

If you remove the splash guard on the bottom(2 hex head screws and a lot of pop rivets 2 of which are somewhat hidden)
Pull the 2 pop rivets for the plastic filler on the top (where it connects to the frame rails
Remove the rear covers for the fog lights (torx bit screws)
There are 4 hex head cap screws on the inboard side of the bumper that hold the plastic to the metal (16mm I believe)
