Only if you use PPF after the ceramic coating.

PPF will not adhere to ceramic coating. You PPF first then ceramic coat everything.

as far as ceramic coating lasting it really depends on how you care for the car. My Miata the coating was 7 years old when I sold it. The coating was in perfect shape but the car was garage kept and washed/detailed every few weeks when it got dirty. I also used bead maker every time as a drying agent which is a temporary protective coating.

My kids cars that I coated identically that lived outside while in college did wear off after a couple years.

Tredsdert got me there.
wrangler is my retirement daily driver. It will see a few off road trips up my place in W V but a regular daily driver.
reguardless like to keep all my vehicles/ toys looking good

the cobra is a factory five kit
I bought it new and build the engine,trans, rear, along with doing the body work and paint myself.
total cost was 23,000 in parts and supply’s. No labor cost as I did all the work.

I tried the Cerakote trim wipes and the results are looking pretty awesome so far, especially on the bumpers. They claim to last 200 washes…so it should last me around 200 years

So I did my jeep this past weekend.
used McGuire 3 in 1 polish. # 6 on the McGuire abrasion scale which determines how aggressive product is.
polished with McGuire black fine polishing pad with d a polisher set on for as recommended.
this removed any old wax or minor scratchs imperfections in paint.
following day applied two coating of Creasote spray on, buff off ceramic coating.
next day after curing hosed down jeep.
water just sheeted of surface, not beading up like a wax literally leaving surface almost dry.

fact that it can be reapplied spray on wipe off like normal car detail sprays. Maint. Should be quick and easy when needed to reapply.

make sure paint is free of scratch’s, water spots, ect. Before applying as it will be sealed in under ceramic coating.

a D A orbital buffer and correct core t foam pad makes the job much easier then hand polishing before coating.
like mentioned it’s all in the prep work.
