You will truly appreciate/enjoy the divider. A terrific addition to your JL.

I believe it is best to watch the video that Todd at Salex did in regard to the install.

Watching the video gives you insight on how the 4 pieces that comprise the organizer, fit/snap together. BUT... instead of doing it like was shown in the video ...... when you yourself go to do the install yourself, , follow these simple instructions below,that Todd gave in a forum post.... he said:

"It also works well to assemble the long piece and two short pieces on the passenger side on the table, then add the driver side short piece when it is in position in the console."

For all of you guys/gals that installed the OCD Center Console Divider ....

IF you have a chance, do go over to Amazon.com and post an honest review, in regard to the product and your install experience in regard to this product offering..

There are 22 reviews there right now, and believe it or not.... there are 3 guys, posting negatively.. a couple, actually saying not to buy the product... saying that it does not fit the JL.... that they found it extremely hard to install, etc..

I'm sure you know as well as I know, that the divider fits very well and is easy to install and a terrific offering.

I hate to think that a fellow JL owner that needs/wants a center console divider would not buy / miss out on the terrific offering because some dipship posted a pure crapola review... along with that, you hate to see @salex go to the expense of being there for us... coming up with a divider and then have some nitwit..........

Anyway, do take a second to post your thoughts at Amazon in regard to this product... I did..

Amazon reviews are very much appreciated. I have seen the negative reviews. With some folks the only way it would work is if I installed it myself. Adding the installation video to the Amazon listing is meant to help but I an not sure everyone sees it.

Reviews and reputation mean a lot when the knock offs start pouring in from China. It is only a matter of 3 months before they start popping up on Amazon. A patent has been filed for the JL console organizer design. The T-joint is new to the market and was the only way to make it work in the strange JL center console. Unfortunately a patent can take 2 years to issue. Which means a lot of lost sales when the copies hit the market. We are in it for the long haul so it will be beneficial down the road.

Also, take a look at our other products. Maybe there is one for your other car. We offer a 20% discount when purchasing 2 or more products.

Long overdue center console tray update and pictures.

• The bad news first. It will not be available on Amazon in March as promised. It will be early April.
• Now the good news. We have addressed the numerous comments regarding the charging cord routing. We took a big step back and reworked the mold to create cord routing inline with the notches in the center console. This added time and expense to the project but was the right thing to do.
• Pictures are first production samples. A couple minor tweaks early this week then flip the switch on production.

UPDATE - we were able to ship a small batch of center console trays Friday. More will ship Monday. With a little luck we will be taking orders on Amazon by weeks end. More to come.

Yeah, one even stated that he watched the video and stil couldn’t install. That dude should not own a Jeep. I am a greenie myself, but if I couldn’t complete this “mod” without help, then I would give it up. I left my review and encourage anybody that wants/needs a little more organized space to purchase this immediately.

There is a gap. The tray and divider can be used together or independent. The tray has a flange and hangs from the top edge of the console.

Today, if the all goes as expected, a Vehicle OCD - Center Console Organizer Tray for Jeep Wrangler JL JLU (2018-19 will be delivered to me.

As soon as I get it installed (later today) I will post here and let you know. Will also post what I think of the tray, etc..

Well the pictures I just posted makes it pretty obvious that my Vehicle OCD - Center Console Organizer Tray for Jeep Wrangler JL JLU (2018-19) - Made in USA arrived just now and it is installed....

Absolutely terrific! and I was ranting that the bottom organizer was terrific. Well, this one take the cake so to speak. Well worth the $ spent!

Fit is spot on. You'd think it just grew there. So easy to take in or out. So well made, so light.. so not flimsy Chinese chitt..

Bravo @salex !!


Oh and .... the depth of the tray is say about 2.5 inches deep. When installed it hovers about say about 2" over the top of organizer slats. So, you can have somewhat taller stuff in the bottom of the center console and the tray still fits in.

The upper tray just goes on top of the center console organizers in the large compartment, right? Its not meant for the small top part of the center console or requires removing anything?

I really liked their other product so I just ordered this anyways.
