I know I've seen something in the past but I can't seem to find it now, has anyone seen a setup to store a CB antenna inside the Jeep when you take it off? I thought I saw something that attached to the top of the roll bar in the back. A 4' antenna just doesn't fit anywhere else easily.

What antenna? A whip, or a semi-rigid antenna like a Firestik?

You could just lay it across the speaker bar and tie it down on both ends.

Or stuff it in from the back, over the roll bar. Again, put some twisties to prevent rattling.

Or you could buy some conduit tubing and run it up the bar on one side, attached with zip ties, then you can slide the antenna into the tube. A 48" tube might fit across the speaker bar too.

Or run it in from the front door on either side near the sill on the floor, towards the rear. Easier with a 4-door.

A velcro band at each end...That way, when the antenna is up for use, the bands/straps are easily stowed space wise, just wrap them back around rollbar...
thats what I'm looking at doing. I just could've sworn I saw some sort of bracket that the antenna clipped into that attached to the upper part of the roll bar.

the conduit plan (previously mentioned) so all you do is open the end to store is less work after the first time...
