I had good luck dealing with FCA directly.

If your vehicle’s issues and all your visits are documented on the dealer system, and you are in good terms with your dealer, FCA will do an investigation and if everything lines up, they might offer you a replacement or a buyback.

Good luck.

Jeep Wave (FCA) actually referred me to NCDS. My dealership is garbage. I actually started a complaint against them with FCA.

So for those of you in Northern Utah, I wouldn't recommend LHM Jeep Riverdale.

In my experience the dealer really had nothing to do with it. (Apart from trying to fix it and recommending I start the buy back procedure). Everything else was handled by Jeep Cares / FCA. Jeep Cares reached out to the dealer to get all the details etc. I had to meet them at the dealer for the hand over inspection and that was pretty much it. All up took about 3 months from when it died to having the loan paid off and gladiator ordered. In my case the Jeep qualified for a lemon law buy back in every possible way though. At the end when they did manage to fix it I was offered $4k for the inconvenience or a buy back. I was so over it I just took the buy back.
