My case has been sent to a repurchase coordinator. I've been looking online and in this forum to see what other people have been offered. I can find some threads that talk about the process but none that talk about the resolution. I'm wondering if FCA makes one sign a NDA when they settle?
My 2020 Diesel JL has had the batteries replaced three times in 28 months and they can't figure out what's draining the batteries. That, I suspect combined with the outstanding recall, has caused them to make a Buyback offer. I'm waiting to see what the offer is and was trying to compare with others, but as I said, can't find anyone talking about their resolution.
