Might be a futile discussion but, anybody catch wind of what the BSG will add to the cost? Part of me wants to wait, part of me wants to just order now.

I'm in the same boat. I don't want 2.0t but still on the fence with 3.6 or 3.6 w/BSG.....
Jeep has made it too complicated for us with all these options...

The way I look at it I have lived my whole life without BSG and never missed it. I'll get it next time.

Count me in on confused as well, I would ideally like to wait for a early 2019 model but I do not want BSG more to go wrong, more complicated , another battery plus cooling , just not for me plus the cost. So if the BSG 3.6 V6 is going to be the new standard motor the base price is going to have to increase for 2019. We know the four-cylinder turbo with BSG is $1000 upgrade , we don’t know how much of that is BSG or turbo.

I'm gonna make some bumper stickers that say that.

I lived my whole life without ventilated seats but since my RAM its a must. (wrangler is an exception)

Assuming 2.0 will stay as "upgrade" engine, edding BSG to 3.6 should cost <$1,000 retail. In either case it shouldn't cost more.
