Brake Rotor Replacement

Hello! new here, driving a Jeep Wrangler 2018, my brakes are producing VERY loud noises when braking and rotor has developed surface cracks, any thoughts on this product https://parts.mopargenuineparts.com...68273502ab?c=bD05Jm49RHluYW1pYyBTRU8gUGFnZQ== or any suggestions?

I don’t know anything about cracks, but if you are close to me I would sell you my take offs with only 3000 miles on them. They look like new and come with pads.
