Blower Motor Door Going CRAZY

Started a few days ago, not sure why. Isn’t this the door that closes/opens based on whether or not you’re using recirculate? Either way, it’s driving me insane. Any advice here?

Your blend door actuator needs to be replaced. Super easy to replace.

Mine does this, sometimes, upon start. The door engages (1/3 open)
at fan speed 4 and above, regardless of your recirc setting. If recirc is on then door is fully open as long as recirc is on. I stop its behavior by momentarily turning on the A/C, then turn it off. You can replace the controller unit if it can't be stopped by other means. Sport S, 2018, 3.6.
