Blind Spot Mirror Sensor Error

I recently had an issue where I had to replace the passenger's door and mirror on my Rubicon 392. After replacing the door with one from another Jeep, and buying a new mirror with the blind spot mirror sensor, I now have the blind spot sensor illuminated on the driver's mirror. Has anyone experienced anything like this or can someone point out a solution to fix this? Thanks.

When I drive on the beach the blind spot sensors illuminate (maybe seeing waves as vehicles approaching?) but once I'm back on the road the sensor shuts off after the first restart. It will stay illuminated until I shut the Jeep off. Don't know if this is a similar issue or not, but it's been happening for years.

Crazy isn’t it? Mine does the same thing on the beach

Someone else might know more of what to look at but I know when the dealer did corrosion repair on my hinges, I got it back and my driver’s side BSM stayed illuminated. Took it back and they fixed it. I should’ve asked what they did but suspect a connection, perhaps a pin or something at the wiring connector? Those seem to have issues here and there. Not sure if they had to remove the mirror itself and whether there’s a connector up that way too.
