Black hardtop on Moab?

Is it possible to get a black hardtop on the Moab? I like everything else but the body color hardtop.

No. But I bet you can swap whatever color you get with someone who wants a colored hard top but would rather not pay the huge premium for it. Give them your colored one, take their black one. You both get what you want, they pay less money. Win/win.
