Black hard top paint flaws?

Just picked up my first jeep on saturday and today i noticed some spots on the hard top that may have thin paint. Its kind hard to see in pics but wanted to see if anyone has seen this before. I tried cleaning it and have had no luck. Just wanted to see what everyone thinks, flaw or not?

Curious. Black top as in body colored match black colored JL or black top like what you get when "you don't body color match the hard top," like a white JL with a black hard top.

I heard--I might be wrong, that while both are painted, the paint may be different.

Billet silver with a non color matched top. Looks like the black is thin or something...kinda disappointed that i didnt catch this also disappointed that it left the factory like this.
